Who We Are

Kevin Goering, CPA, CFP®, graduated with honors from Bethel College (KS) in 1980 with a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration.  He passed the CPA exam in 1985 and has worked in public accounting since then.  In his free time, Kevin enjoys working on cars and spending time with family.

Matt Goering, CPA, graduated from the University of Kansas in 2014 with a B.S. in Accounting and completed his M.S. in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation in 2015.  Matt has been working full-time at Goering CPA since 2015 and has filled in when needed many years prior.  In his free time, Matt enjoys playing and watching sports, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

Sheryl Goering graduated from Bethel College (KS) in 1982, then went on to complete her MSW from the University of Kansas in 1986.  She joined the Goering CPA team in 1997 as an administrative assistant and has been with us ever since. In her free time, Sheryl enjoys reading, music, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
